Don't Waste Energy On What You Can't Control.

One of the major causes of stress is spending the majority of your energy on what you CAN NOT control. If in fact can't control a situation, what does worrying about it really do? It just pulls your energy away from what you CAN do something about. For example, I can't do anything about the high blood pressure that runs in my family, but I CAN exercise regularly and make better eating choices. Don't focus on what you CAN'T change. Put your energy into what you can.
