I may not choose to condone, but I can choose to coexist. As a Christian, there are many things that are against God's laws that I don't accept, but I can still be tolerant and love the people doing those things. Are they right? Are they wrong? It's irrelevant to love. Christians have to do a better job of hating the sin, but loving the person. Somewhere along the way they became one in the same and they are not. Christianity is not some elite country club where you get the privilege of looking down on others because you're a part of the 'heaven clique' and everyone else is not. We are to be known by our love. When people describe you, is your capacity to LOVE in the description?
John 13:34-35 - “A new command I give you: Love one another. As I have loved you, so you must love one another. By this everyone will know that you are my disciples, if you love one another.”
